A selection of the placements available includes: beef cattle, dairy, cropping – wheat, barley, sugar beet, peas, rye and pigs (hogs).
Horticulture

The placement opportunities in horticulture are wide and varied. A selection of placements available includes: seed growing/harvesting, pot plants and annuals through to work within garden centres.

Accommodation will vary dependent on your placement, it will range from staying with a family to bunkhouse accommodation.
Home Management, Agri-mix, Hort-mix

There are a number of home management placements available. Primarily in agricultural businesses your function will be to help run the family home. For Agri and Hort-mix placements, these offer a mixture of outside and inside work. Your function will be to help on the property and in the family home.
